About Laura

I have been a SAHM and have home schooled) I love babies and kids of all ages! I am well versed in the imaginative world of playtime and teaching hands on learning. I prefer no devices/tablets and like to 'be on the floor ' playing. It's so important to engage the imagination early. I love reading to children and feel that books should be introduced immediately, even to babies! I have worked in daycare and the age level I cared for was newborns up to 5 years old. However, I also understand the developing needs that even older kids require. Safety and patience are my top priorities. This is extremely important when caring for children. Their little brains are developing in incredible ways, and understanding this is so powerful in having compassion for them during some tough times. Showing love and a caring nature is to be shared with all children. I am honest and give respect and feel that all parties should feel they are in a safe and comforting environment.
