About Laura

Hi! I'm Laura, a 25-year-old nanny. I am blessed with my younger sister, who was born with down syndrome. She taught me patience, filled my heart with love & impacted my life in such a beautiful way, inspiring my passion for childcare. Most recently, I have cared full time for a 7-month-old and 2-year-old for over two years, as well as infant care for their new baby boy. I encourage learning through music, interactive reading, dancing, outdoor adventures, and educational activities. I ensure the environment stays spotless and organized, giving the parents such relief around the house as well. This family has moved away, but my time with them has inspired me. Seeing the children light up when they saw me, seeing how excited they would get when I'd plan personalized arts & crafts, seeing them flourish in their creativity, seeing them so happy made me truly so happy. I would love to bring my passion for child care to another family looking for a nurturing, kind, loving nanny.
