About Laura

Hi! My name is Laura. During my time working in elementary school aftercare, I discovered how much I enjoy helping children grow as individuals. With two years of childcare experience under my belt, I am excited to continue my journey as a caregiver. I am a patient, calm, creative, and friendly individual, which I believe are key qualities for a great childcare provider. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I always communicate openly with parents about their child's day and any issues that may arise, using their preferred method of communication. I strive to make playtime both fun and educational, whether we're engaging in outdoor sports, technology-based games, or activities recommended by the parents. I am comfortable caring for up to two children at one time, within any age groups Additionally, I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and I have a car to ensure reliable transportation.
