Laura is very nice, however we had some concerns with her ability to be engaged with our children and her ability to jump in once she arrived. When she arrived, initially at 7am, she would usually just sit on the couch and wait until it was time to leave for drop off. Many times focused on her phone and not engaged at all. Additionally, she has not showed twice during to oversleeping. Her communication could also be better. Laura may be a better fit for older kids who require less help
