My name is Laura and I have over 9 years of professional nannying experience, I have worked with families in a wide range of settings - from night nannying newborns and supporting families on travel, to providing care for high-profile households while living in Miami, FL. I interviewed Laura for a one-week vacation babysitting gig and she seemed great. My schedule matched better with someone else that week, but Laura was otherwise my favorite sitter I interviewed. She even had a great reference that loved her too.

Laura has been working as a nanny for my family for the past year.  To say that she is AMAZING is an understatement.  Unfortunately, our schedule has changed and my son is in school so the timing is no longer a fit but if I could give Laura 1,000,000 stars if I could.  She is reliable, kind, smart, intuitive, fun, engaging and every other positive adjective one would want.  Laura is now a member of our family and we are crushed to see her go.

Hired Laura to watch kids during a family vacation. Kids loved her and we felt totally comfortable leaving them with her several times.

We hired Laura to watch our two children, aged 3 and 1, while on vacation in Miami. I was nervous about leaving them with someone they didn't know, but Laura jumped right in and both kids loved her. She was extremely punctual, an excellent communicator, professional and warm. We will definitely be hiring her the next time we are in the Miami area, and highly recommend her!

Laura was great. We hired her while on vacation in Miami to watch our toddler while she slept. We felt comfortable and she was a pleasure to work with. 

So sweet and great with kids. Leaving baby is hard but so much better when it's with Laura because you know he/she is in great hands.

Laura is a true gem!!! We hired her during our week long vacation (we traveled from Louisiana to Miami ) and she exceeded our expectations! My nine month old was experiencing major separation anxiety and Laura handled it like an amazing pro! Laura was flexible, patient, attentive, and accommodating! I seriously wish we lived closer! She was instrumental in allowing my husband and I to be able to enjoy date nights!! I highly recommend Laura! Trust me!!! I could go on and on singing her praises!! My husband and I are back and forth between Miami and NYC.  While in Miami, Laura has cared for our 9 month old baby girl.  It didn't take long to see how great Laura was with our baby.  She engaged in activities that were geared toward learning.  She was sweet, loving, energetic, fun and really everything you would from someone spending time with your child.  We trusted Laura.  When we would go out, our minds were at ease knowing our baby was in good hands.  She just has a great energy about her.  My baby was happy whenever she was around.  Laura is also a great communicator and very professional.  Any time we needed her she made herself available.  She was very accommodating.  I highly recommend her.  I do selfishly hope she will still be available for my family when we need her!  She is a girl with good values and good judgement.

Laura was fantastic! We came into Miami for Thanksgiving and stayed at a South Beach hotel. Laura was on time everyday sometimes arriving early with coffee for us! She would stay late or come early if we needed her to. She was great at anticipating our needs and she always found something to do, you'd never find her just sitting around. She attended to my 10 month old daughter with the utmost care. Since Laura has a toddler of her own, it made me more comfortable in knowing that I didn't have to go over everything in great detail. She just got it. Laura made it so easy for me to relax and enjoy my getaway. At the end of our trip, I had been discussing our difficulty in finding transportation with a car seat and she jumped right in and offered to take us to the airport! Unbelievably kind of her! Since we fly down to Florida to visit family every month we will most certainly be using Laura again and again. I'm so lucky we found her! 
PS. I submitted her criminal background check and it came back without a blemish.
