Laura was absolutely wonderful with our infant son, and we feel so lucky to have had her care for him while we were waiting for our au pair to arrive. From day one, she was incredibly loving, attentive, and patient. She treated our three-month-old like her own, which immediately put me at ease and made it so much easier to trust him fully in her care. She followed the schedule we asked for thoughtfully and consistently, and I really appreciated that she also offered gentle, informed suggestions when she felt small adjustments could support better care. It was clear she was truly paying attention to our son’s needs and cues, not just following instructions. Although Laura is a native Spanish speaker, communication was never an issue. She was eager to continue expanding her English vocabulary and was completely comfortable using Google Translate in real time to make sure we were always aligned. Her openness, effort, and professionalism made communication smooth and stress-free. Most importantly, Laura is warm, nurturing, and genuinely loves caring for children. Any family would be so fortunate to have her care for their baby. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
