About Laura

Making a positive impact on children's lives is why I became a caregiver. My previous babysitting roles showed me how much I enjoy it. I am proactive, nurturing, and inquisitive. I adapt to serious matters. I have three, almost four, years of experience caring for children aged 1-11. I am comfortable caring for up to two children. I follow parents' preferred communication method. I send updates via text, phone call, or written reports. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. At the end of the day I'm trying to provide an enjoyable experience with your child so that is one less thing the parent has to worry about. I'm currently an undergraduate student at UF. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to bringing my passion for learning and play to your family.
