She connected with our son quickly, she is sweet and fun to be with, yet dependable and firm when needed. We feel that he is in safe hands when he is with her and very lucky to have the opportunity to work with her. She has a great personality, very easy to communicate and understanding. She has always been in time and very responsive. Laura came with all star references from her previous family whom she worked with for 2 -years.
