About Laura

I have worked in Education for 14 years. I am a licensed Intervention Specialist with primarily experience in grades PK-5. I primarily work with students with ASD but have worked with students with Specific Learning Disabilities, and students with Intellectual Disabilities. I'd describe my personality as energetic, outgoing, and determined. I like tutoring because I love seeing students catch on and make progress. I'm looking for a job that allows me to build relationships with students. I started tutoring when I was in HS and have done it here and there since. In my spare time, I like to read, go to amusement parks, and take naps. One thing you should know about me is I am very dedicated to children becoming the best version of themselves. My skills include a variety of teaching strategies, patience, and adaptability.
