Laura was very compassionate and very attentive when caring for my grandfather. My grandfather at times gets very erratic and aggressive when being changed but she was very patient with him and skillfully got him dressed. Overall I was highly satisfied with the care that she provided for my grandfather and treated him with care and not just as a task.
