I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and adapting to changing routines with empathy. To ensure peace of mind, I provide consistent updates through your preferred communication method, whether that is daily written reports or verbal check-ins. With my background in care management and upcoming graduate studies in Mental Health Counseling, I offer professional, compassionate support tailored to your family's needs. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. I look forward to building a meaningful connection with you and your family. I am also learning American Sign Language and have experience with the Italian language.
