About Laura

Hi! My name is Laura and I have been taking care of children ages infant- 13 for the past 10 years. The majority of my experience is in the infant and toddler age groups. Early on, some of my experience has came from working at sports, acting, and church camps; those of which each person watched 10 children at a time. Therefore, I certainly know the meaning of having your hands full! I have my degree as a physical therapist assistant and am CPR certified. Now, I am a mom to a 1. 5-year-old son who I have stayed at home with since he was born. I have chosen to jump back into childcare for others, along with my son, as I feel it would be beneficial for all children to be able to play together, learn vital concepts such as sharing and strengthen communication skills. I enjoy working with children as I love watching them learn new things and gradually grow. Lighting up kids lives while keeping them safe has, and always will be my primary goal.
