Laura bailed us out when we had crazy work days and a sickie kiddo. She was prompt, dependable and competent (refreshing!). She seemed to anticipate our needs that day and found extra ways to be helpful (cleaned dishes, did laundry, walked the dog, etc). She bailed us out a second time when we had a conflict and was so accommodating - she rearranged her personal schedule to help us out, which just blew our minds. If we could afford to have Laura on a regular basis we absolutely would. For now we will keep using her as an occasional sitter (and I hope this review doesn't gobble up all of her time.) ;) You can't go wrong with Laura.
