Laura visited our home before her start date and connected well with our family and baby. I later shared how excited we were for her to begin, and she replied that she would approach the job with love and professionalism. The night before her start, I messaged to confirm her arrival but got no reply. After her arrival time passed, I checked in to be sure all was okay. She never showed or responded, which was very disappointing and unprofessional.
