I cannot express how much our family loves Laura! She joined us to watch my son when he was 3 months old and cared for him until he began daycare at 15 months. In that time, he absolutely thrived. Laura did an amazing job with everything from feeding to diaper changes to walks to education to motor skill development, and under her care, we watched him develop and advance into the happiest, most engaged kiddo. We relied so much on her insight and guidance, and it was a comfort to know our son was in safe hands while we were working. The level of care she provided was truly unmatched. What's more, Laura was incredibly punctual, consistent and communicative -- making her a dream to work with. When we were evaluating candidates and spoke to previous clients of Laura's, they stated they thought of her as part of their families -- and after working with her, I can see why. Even though our son is now in daycare and does not need a nanny, we stay in touch and coordinate play dates. He absolutely loves her ... she is his BFF for life. I can't recommend Laura highly enough. She really is as good as she sounds!
