Laura has worked for me for a few weeks now. She did, by far, the most thorough job cleaning I've encountered. She was punctual, professional and pleasant to have around. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for additional help.

After several communications with Laura, we scheduled a time for an interview but she just never showed up. She didn't reach out to say she couldn't make it, she just didn't show up, wasting our time. Super disappointing.

Laura has been cleaning our house for a couple of months on a weekly basis.  She is thorough and detailed and is willing to do odd jobs as requested.  She has a very pleasant personality and is trustworthy.  She is communicative, responsive and reliable.  She is very good with my child too.  I would highly recommend her.

Showed up 30 mins late, gave extra large tip, didn't pre wash dishes so they have to be rewashed, put dirty dishes in the cupboard, could only stay 1.5 hrs, didn't respond to message , agreed to come back but never showed or bothered to let me know she wouldn't be here, wasted my whole day waiting for her
