About Laura

I am responsible, flexible, imaginative, trustworthy, and fun. I think kids are sponges who are ready to soak up the world, and I will help them learn by doing fun things, overcoming obstacles, and exploring new things and interests. I've worked with kids who have severe allergies, learning disabilities, picky eaters, as well as kids who will push you just to see how far they can go. I model discipline techniques around plans that already work in your daily life. I prefer to use positive re-enforcement over negative punishment.
