About Laura

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, reliable, and friendly. I like working with kids because I find kids to be funny, sweet, and entertaining in the way they think and play. Being around kids of all ages brightens my day and as a college student I miss babysitting for the kids I've built connections with in my hometown. I'm looking for a job that has open communication and flexibility with my class schedule. I have always enjoyed being around kids who are younger than me. I completed a babysitting course when I was 13. I like to being in nature, exploring Mankato, crafts, puzzles, and sports. I was a high school student athlete in soccer, tennis, and powerlifting. I have experience in coaching soccer and tennis camps. I am a hardworking student at MSU studying biology and American Sign Language. Although I am happy in Mankato I miss interacting with kids. My skills include keeping kids entertained, bedtime routines, and conflict between siblings.
