I have 4 years experience as a residential coach, caretaker, and trainer. I worked with autism, Down's syndrome, developmental impairments, and many psychological disorders. I gave meds, did treatments , bathed, dressed, coordinated many fun activities. I wrote and sent out emails to our staff in charge with hourly and daily physical or mental changes within my residential community at Marbridge. I took our residents on many outings in a safe and supervised environment. I engaged in karaoke, and we even danced. I would love to now help families work in providing care, growth, safety, and purpose, for loved ones with health, physical, and mental challenges. We are all challenged in one degree, or another.
