I handle confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes. I communicate with families through written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone call. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets. I have some college experience and hold certifications , CNA and CPR .
