About Laura

We welcomed Laura into our family to care for our 65 year old father after his Parkinson's disease progressed to a need for full-time care. Our dad was a Florida Rancher , and remaining at home was incredibly important to him. Laura is exceptional. For over a year she managed his care. As his needs increased she built out and coordinated a care team . She managed medical appointments and coordinated with physicians and providers. Medication management was key to his wellbeing . What made Laura so special is that she cared for my father as a whole person. She made sure his emotional and physical well being were always a priority. On good days they would bike through the ranch. She baked his favorite blueberry cobbler and made sure he never ran out of fruit salad. Laura became our Dad's last best friend. During his final days she worked with Hospice and stayed by his side. Any family would be fortunate to have Laura caring for someone they love.
