Highly, highly recommend! Laura was our nanny for 2 years, from when our youngest was 3 months to almost 2.5 years old and ready for daycare/preschool. She also helped get our 4 year old ready for school and helped with pick ups and drop offs. Laura is responsible, reliable, warm and caring while also good about fostering independence. She was knowledgeable and intuitive about the needs of our young kids and was also respectful of our needs as parents. She is creative and fun, and our daughters love her! We were very lucky to have her as part of our family during this phase of life.
