I have over 8 years of experience as a childcare provider and am passionate about supporting children's growth and development. I believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and am CPR and First Aid certified, giving me a strong foundation in child safety and well-being. I have extensive experience with infants and toddlers, including hands-on knowledge of sleep training and baby-led weaning (BLW). I also have excellent references from multiple families. I'm patient, calm, creative, and reliable, and I value open and honest communication with parents, providing regular updates throughout the day. I am confident in enforcing household rules and maintaining structure. I enjoy engaging children through creative activities and outdoor play when weather permits. I am happy to take them to parks, libraries, classes, and playdates, always focusing on learning, fun, and healthy development.
