My desire to foster children's growth and development, coupled with my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, led me to pursue a career in childcare. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and strive to keep them updated about their child's day through written daily reports or regular updates via text or phone call, depending on their preferred communication method.
