About Laura

Hello families. I am Laura, I am 29 years old. I recently married and am living in the Frederick area. I have a teaching degree in world language. My primary language is Spanish, but I speak English well also. I was a teacher for 5 years and I was an Au pair for 2 years. I have experience with kids all ages, especially with new born and twins. I am patient, responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and creative. I believe that communication and patience is key when you works with kids. I make sure to keep parents regularly updated on their child's day. I have no problem enforcing household rules and routines to ensure a structured and consistent environment for the children while in my care. About activities; I love to engage with the children outdoors, play board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning and development.
