Hello! I've been caring for children since I was 11 and love getting to know new little friends and their families. I've been a full time nanny for infants, as well as toddlers and older children. Happy to provide references. Look forward to meeting you and your family! I'd describe my personality as gentle, empathetic, and understanding. Kids are the best. They remind us how cool the world around us actually is and to appreciate the small stuff that we now take for granted as adults. I'm looking for a job that is part-time after my 9-5 job. I started working with kids 24yrs ago. I now watch my friend's kids, as well as nieces and nephews. In my spare time, I like to run, hike, bike, backpack, swim, paddle board, ski... anything outside, really. One thing you should know about me is I have two dogs! So I'm definitely a pet person. We have worked with Laura on two occasions and had an excellent experience both times. She cared for our 10-week-old so that we could attend the Taylor Swift Eras Tour which translated to approximately 10 hours of care. Laura did everything for our daughter from feeding and changing, to getting her to sleep for naps and her nightly routine. In every regard she went above and beyond, such as sending frequent pictures and updates to reassure us as we are nervous first-time parents. We wholeheartedly recommend her. She is responsive, flexible, kind, and attentive.
