About Laura

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Laura and I can confidently say she is one of the best caregivers. From day one she brought a sense of confidence, professionalism, and fun to the job that made a huge difference in our kids lives- and ours. She is completely reliable and dependable- always shows up, communicates thoroughly, and follows through on every commitment. I never had to worry for a second about my children while they were with Laura. She creates a nurturing, safe, and structured environment where they thrived. She kept them well-fed, clean, and happy- handwashing was never missed. Meals were thoughtful and healthy, and their routines were managed with care. She planned, engaging, developmentally appropriate activities taking the mental load off me entirely. Her ability to read their moods and respond with empathy and patience is admirable. She is also a very safe and cautious driver with a clean record and we always felt secure knowing she was transporting our children. Beyond her skills, what makes her stand out is her ability to form genuine connection with our kids, and they adore her in return. She is flexible, respectful and communicative- we were always in the loop, never had to guess how the day went, and felt completely aligned.
