About Laura

I have three years of experience as a caregiver. Working with seniors brings me great joy, from listening to their stories, to connecting with their families, and bringing a sense of ease back into their lives. Age-related physical and cognitive decline can bring many challenges and frustrations, and it's extremely rewarding for me to treat every client with compassion and celebrate them. I approach my care for seniors first and foremost with a client's safety and dignity in mind. I am able to help with activities of daily living, including stand-by and light hands-on support for bathing and toileting, stand-by and hands-on support for dressing, and assistance with drinking and feeding. I can also provide medication reminders, assist with scheduling, including for medical appointments, and transportation and mobility support for medical appointments, errands, and social engagements. I have also helped seniors navigate technology, including with their computers and smart phones.
