About Laura

I'd describe my personality as creative, adventurous, and loving I have always loved working with kids since I was very young, and started baby-sitting at the age of 9. Personally, I have 8 children of my own, with ages from 5-24! Growing up, my mother was a TA for special needs children, and we even had one little boy who came and lived with us for awhile, which was very educational and rewarding. I love to be crafty, organized, sightsee, and check out new parks and trails. I believe kids learn best out of the classroom and hands-on outside doing/creating. My kids and I enjoy camping, beach trips to watch the sunset and play around, beading, and being artistic. I'm looking for a job that offers flexibility, has a clean environment, preferably not many pets, someone who loves to be creative and has a positive One thing you should know about me is, I treat all kids like my own, I can be strict if I need to be. I love having fun with kids and creating art of all kinds.
