I worked for a company on LBI doing clean outs after the weekend rental, getting ready for the next tenant during season, which is really hard work. Requires you to be very proficient. I have had personal clients that I've cleaned their house biweekly or monthly on several different occasions. I am 58 years old and have a lot of life experience as well. Doing laundry, making beds, mopping floors, cleaning shower and bathroom, windows, maintaining a house by myself. But the important part of having someone in your house is having a trustworthy, reliable, honest person, and I am definitely all of that.
