Lala and Eric are terrific! I could tell from their pics and the video call that they are genuine and sweet people. They were attentive when I showed them around, and they actually read the house manual and watched the videos beforehand! They even had written down some questions on a few things they wanted clarification on! How amazing! (I had such a great vibe from them,and I had no doubt that they would give my dogs the time/attention they crave!) Lala's communication from the initial application through the entire sit was fantastic. They sent me pictures of my boys cuddling, playing fetch, and on walks. I was 100% able to relax on my 9 day vacation, with very little worry about my boys! (I mean I HAVE to worry some... haha) Lala even noticed my little guy's poo was a tad off, and contacted me for treatment. That meant SO much to me, that they are that attentive and in tune after only a couple of days! It was so nice to come back to an immaculate home, and it was clear that they followed all instructions throughout. Clearly I can't recommend these two lovely people enough!
