About Laura

Before having my son , I was the lead infant teacher at a daycare taking care of multiple infants at one time. I have a certificate as an infant, toddler and preschool teacher. I also have a background caring for children with special needs. I consider myself very reliable, organized, and lots of fun! I treat the children I care for as part of my extend family. Right now I work two jobs one for the Nashua school district as an intensive needs para working one on one with a little boy with autism. I help to main stream him in a daily routine implementing his IEP, behavioral plan and chart. My second job is in home therapy as a Behavioral therapist with a young man with autism. With him we work on social skills, homework help, daily living skills anything in his program or even things outside his program. When I am not working my first love is my two older teenage boys whom I am a single mom to and my Goldendoodle Lily. I enjoy time with family and friends and beach days.

Laura cared for my son for 4 plus years from the time he was 3 months old until he started Kindergarten and still remains in our life today as he enters middle school. Laura treated my son as on of her family with abundant nurturing and reasonable limits. Her communication was excellent and my son looked forward to seeing her everyday.
