About Laura

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With a college degree and a year of experience, I specialize in making Math, Science, and Computer concepts accessible for elementary and middle school students. I believe in building confidence by fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. By actively listening and observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my approach to your unique needs. When concepts feel challenging, I break them down into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to keep momentum high. I prioritize clear, consistent communication with both you and your parents to ensure we remain a collaborative team. Nothing beats the reward of witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I look forward to helping you grow and succeed in your academic journey.
