My college education provided a solid foundation for my career. I am passionate about supporting well-being and independence, and I strive to make a positive impact on those I care for and their families. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, perform light housekeeping, prepare meals, assist with medical management, and offer mobility assistance. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing regular updates via text, phone, or in person. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me.
