About Laura

I'd describe my personality as I am empathic and patient, I have the capacity to handle stressful situations, and that I am proactive in problem solving. I like caring for seniors because working with older adults increases my compassion and empathy by helping them with their new challenges and difficulties. Helping others is also an emotionally rewarding occupation. I started taking care of seniors a year ago. I started working on an Home and then at the Assisted Living of Arbor Terrace. I currently take care of their homes. I have experience with people with dementia and Alzheimer. One thing you should know about me is that I am a person responsible with my work My skills include positivity and optimism, understanding and respect, empathy and patience.
