Laura came to our home to meet us and discuss the opportunity. After discussing the opportunity she said she would be ok to start on said day. She then decided to message us the day before she was supposed to start to say that it’s not going to workout anymore. Her reference she provided also didn’t check out. Had she said she wasn’t interested when we spoke with her in person, we would’ve had time to find someone else before needed. Unprofessional & unreliable.
