About Laura

I'd describe my personality as cheerful and fun! I like working with kids mostly because I just love kids! I also really enjoy developing strong relationships with families. Taking care of kids is so meaningful, because it provides you with the opportunity to be a part of their world! I'm looking for a job that provides consistent hours, a trusting and flexible relationship with a family, and an opportunity to develop my skills and be someone families can rely on! I started working with kids when I was a junior counselor at a summer camp in high school! After that, I nannied for several families during college and taught church preschool for a year. In my spare time, I like to be with friends and family, walk outside, and read books! One thing you should know about me is that I want to provide kids with the best care and support and fun that I can! My skills include infant care, especially nap time and play time! I am also energetic and fun with toddlers and older kiddos!
