About Laura

I am the "extra" grandma! I will treat your kiddos in a loving caring way, with lots of outside play, reading, music time, arts and crafts . I have worked with multiple children as a nanny for private families in Prairie Village and Overland Park. I can help with light housekeeping and meal prep. I am an animal lover so inside pets are fine with me. I am a non smoker have a newer car and I am just getting re-certified in CPR. My professional background has been as a pediatric dental assistant and owning my own horse boarding facility. Two wildly different careers, but both are the care of a living person/animal. So I have had the privilege of taking a very scared child into a new experience and building their trust as we go through the dental procedures, the same on the horse ranch teaching a child how to ride a huge horse and build their confidence.
