About Laura

For the past 15 years, I have been blessed to work with children in both the home and academic environment. I am a registered behavioral therapist working with special needs children in both school and clinical settings. In addition to my RBT certificate, I have a wealth of experience nannying and babysitting for families over the past 15 years. I received my BA in Anthropology and Education from UCSC in 2010. I am very passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering creativity and curiosity while providing a safe environment for children to learn and grow. I am CPR certified and take safety very seriously. I am a hands on care provider and prefer to explore the world around us rather than using devices to entertain children. I enjoy imaginative play mixed with outdoor activities and learning based play. I am patient and kind and believe in making children feel heard and validated. I look forward to the possibility of providing mindful and intentional care for your family.
