About Laura

As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. With more than 5 years of experience, I have had the joy of supporting families and providing reliable childcare. My experience includes caring for a newborn baby in Maryland from 1 to 4 months old, another baby from 3 months until his first birthday, two siblings ages 3 and 7 for 5 months, and a teenager of 15 years old for 6 months. These opportunities have allowed me to develop strong skills in infant care, toddler routines, and supporting both younger children and teenagers. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children of different ages and create a nurturing environment. I believe in fostering a respectful environment and feel comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents. My enthusiasm for outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games makes playtime both enjoyable and enriching for the children in my care.
