I am Laura's aunt and a retired special education teacher. I loved all the years I spent in the classroom teaching children with special needs, as well as student teacher's how to teach. Two things I believe very necessary to be an influence with children: a good rapport with the child and a knowledge of how development impacts on behavior. Laura has had a great deal of experience in caring for young children. I have observed her intuitive ability to relate well to children of different ages. I have also been able to watch her adjust her expectations of children and respond appropriately, according to the age of the child. I highly recommend Laura as a great caregiver for young children.
