About Laura

I've worked with children for over 20 years. As a teen, I babysat for neighborhood children. I've always had a love & enjoyment from interacting with children. In Highschool, I took Child Development. At age 18, while still in Highschool, I worked at a Family ChildCare Center with children ranging from 2-12 yrs old. I completed Early Childhood Education classes at West Valley College and became a Childcare Director at 21 years of age at a ChildCare Center that was licensed for 44 Preschoolers & 38 School Age Children. Prior to starting my own family, I nannied for a couple of years for one family with a 7-year-old little girl until she was 9 yrs old and one family with a 9-month-old old little boy until he was almost 2 yrs. old. After devoting, 10 years to being a stay at home mom, in 2012, I went back to work as a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher. I thoroughly LOVE children and enjoy interacting, teaching, reading & doing fun indoor/outdoor activities with them!
