I strive to understand each individual's preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I have experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I am committed to clear communication with families, providing written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have First Aid Training, and some college education.
