I've worked with all ages of children for over 28 years. Looking to provide care Mon-Fri. I love growing young minds, songs, drama, & reading. I appreciate structure for a smoother day but know how to be silly and have fun. I love outside activities for kiddos to exert energy. I've consistently helped with laundry, vacuuming, diapers, bottles, preparing well balanced meals & snacks, and nap & bath time routines every M-Fri. Communication with parents at all times is key to success!

Latrice is our current nanny for my 8 month old and has been an absolute dream to work with. She is patient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Our daughter requires 1x1 care and she has been an absolute lifesaver.

Our family of four children, ages 4 and under, relocated to the Dallas area from out of state.  We hired Latrice for care for our little ones.  She is a wonderful caretaker..  Sadly, We no longer require full time coverage and therefore will no longer share time with Latrice on a weekly basis. our children took to her readily and days are filled with lots of snuggles.  She is comfortable with meal prep, tidying the house, laundry, and driving children to activities.  She works hard to learn each child's unique abilities and needs and embraces these.  While there is lots of fun to be had, she also demonstrates structure and mutual respect within the home.  She encourages learning and takes extensive time to educate children. She has been a huge support for my children especially in a time of huge transition and we are thankful for our time with Latrice and would love to continue hiring her on an as needed basis.  

Latrice is very structured and organized.  She is great at sticking to schedules and reinforcing good behavior in a kind manner.  She also enjoys involving kids in hands on activities beyond crafts, such as baking.  She would never plop your child in front of a screen except for a specific educational purpose for a limited amount of time.  She is definitely a woman you can count on to lovingly care for your kids.

Latrice began watching my children in 2008 when my youngest son was 3 months old and my oldest was 4 years old. She was so good with them and watched them from 8/2008-6/2010 when I stopped working full time. Latrice is a very loving and kind caregiver, she is always attentive to my kids and always has been. She is great with positive reinforcement and keeping kids engaged in activities throughout the day to keep them busy and happy. My kids are now 9 and 13 and still love to have Mrs Latrice over to play with them when mom and dad have an early or late work day. Thank you Mrs Latrice for All that you do for the next generation!!!

Latrice truly cares about the families and children she cares for. Being a nanny is definitely her "calling." She is trustworthy, punctual and dedicated to her job.

Latrice is educated in home child care and home schooling.  She takes pride in her job and her personal relationships.  She is caring, considerate, follows direction from her employer, will adjust her schedule as needed.  Latrice is mature and capable of handling any situation that arises.  

Latrice has worked with children almost her whole life, beginning as a teenager who was great demand for babysitting.  As an adult, she has continued to learn much about child development and education. She loves children and bonds easily with them.  She is very sensitive to their individual personalities, talents, and their interests;  fashions her relationship with children based on that knowledge of them.   Very dependable, dedicated, and hard worker.  

Latrice was the perfect Nanny!  She was so patient with our 5 kids and always went above and beyond what was asked of her.  Any family would be lucky to have her.

Works wonderfully with children, very caring and supporting.
