Latoya has worked for us, and has been a fantastic nanny! Our daughter now started daycare (it was planned long before we started working with Latoya), but we'll still continue to hire her as an evening babysitter when we go out. Our daughter adored her, and was very happy to see her in the morning. Latoya taught her a ton of songs and words, helped us start potty-training, took her to long walks and organized playdates, took her to the library programs and they seemed to have tons of fun together! And I was going to work completely worry-free, knowing our baby girl was in good hands. She has NEVER been late, and she has been great in helping us transition our daughter smoothly into daycare. She was working for us when Sandy hit. After the storm, she could not reach us on the phone, so the day after, she took her car from Far Rockaway, drove all the way to Long Beach via Merrick (because all the roads were closed), to show up for work. That's how reliable she is. We were relocated for a few days, and she had no problem with working somewhere else, so my husband and I could go back to work. She is reliable, has a great personality, she has a ton of experience with kids, and our daughter just loved her. We'll definitely work with her again !
