About Latoya

Hi! I'm a proud mom of three, including one child with autism and ADHD, and I have over 20 years of babysitting and childcare experience. I also spent 4 years working in an elementary classroom, where I supported children's learning, development, and daily routines. I'm currently an eligibility specialist, and I bring strong reliability, responsibility, patience, and organization into every family I work with. I am CPR/AED certified and have my own reliable transportation. I have personal and professional experience supporting children with different needs and personalities, and I understand the importance of structure, communication, patience, and creating a calm, supportive environment. My favorite part of working with children is watching them grow, learn new things, and build confidence over time. I strive to make every child feel safe, understood, and encouraged to be themselves.
