I Care for individuals who have special needs with a strong commitment, respect, and passion to help them see their full potential. I had the opportunity to teach children/adults how to become more independent, driven by the persons Individual Support Plan (ISP). I defined strategies and goals as outlined in their plan by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Reviewed key areas of growth to ensure a well-rounded approach to goal performance.
