Latisha has been exceptional in her role as a caregiver. She is firm but gentle with clear boundaries and expectations. Latisha has a real knack for client care and tailoring her care to each individual and their needs. I, personally, have never seen anyone motivate a client beyond their perceived capabilities until Latisha came into the picture. Her ability to "mesh" with and connect to her clients is a sight to behold. It is almost instantaneous. If you are looking for someone to be a caring friend and caregiver while also being firm and gentle and with an additional genuine personality and sense of humor, simultaneously, look no further. You have found the one you want, need and the best person for your loved ones and their care. I must also add that her cleanliness is superb and top notch. It was not a requirement to clean or help clean but she does an excellent job! I will be hiring her not only for my loved ones' care in their home but to clean my home as well.
