I can’t say enough about Latisha; I don’t think I can fully capture how wonderful she has been for the kids and for me. Her commitment to our kids's well-being and development goes beyond the title of caregiver and she is truly a member of our family. The confidence and enthusiasm our kids display are clear indicators of the love and support they feel from Latisha. She teaches life skills in a way that is both engaging and effective. From the basics, such as putting on shoes, to teaching our children how to read, she tailors her teaching approach to the individual needs, interests, and phases of each child. The kids love to learn and do projects and I believe that is a testament to Latisha’s ability to teach the kids through play. Perhaps even more important is her expertise in helping our children navigate their emotions. Her approach is not just about managing meltdowns but also teaching them how to understand and express their feelings. The tools and techniques she employs demonstrate her deep understanding of child development: from holding boundaries gently, to redirecting their energy. I work from home and have learned a lot from watching her. Her influence extends beyond the children to positively impact our entire household.
