About Latifa

I have been an educator in various capacities in my personal and professional life, and have consistently received the feedback that I am patient and the learners enjoyed and understood the lessons. I look at educating as an experience we co-create. My goal is to make the learning experience safe and joyful. I personalise my teaching methods to each learner's unique strengths and experiences. With a graduate degree and a year of dedicated experience, I empower learners in Math, English, and Computer Science. I am also interested in helping students applying for college and/or graduate school. I believe in holistic, lifelong learning and offer sessions for learners of all ages interested in strengthening their reading and writing skills, exploring poetry as a hobby, and facilitating creative and reflective journalling sessions. These offer an opportunity to nurture curiosity, creativity, self-expression and a deeper appreciation for language beyond academic learning.
