About Latiana

Hi! My name is LaTiana but I go by Tia, and I'm 19 years old. I've always loved working with kids and have several years of hands-on experience caring for children in my own family as well as teaching at a tumbling gym. Through coaching, I've learned how to create a safe, positive, and fun environment while helping kids learn new skills and gain confidence. I'm also currently a college student, so I understand the importance of patience, organization, and responsibility. Whether it's helping with homework, keeping kids active, or just making sure they feel cared for and supported, I bring energy and reliability to every job.
